Utilities infrastructure has suffered from years of under-investment and requires significant modernisation and expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Under the 2029 Plan, the government will invest more in urban planning and infrastructure. Kazakhstan is forecasting a 6% increase in its population between 2024 and 2029.<\/p>\n<p>This report provides an overview of the situation and outlook for Kazakhstan&#8217;s construction sector and building materials industry, as well as opportunities for Finnish companies.
