The Working Group for Social Sciences under the Finnish-Russian Commission for Scientific and Technological Cooperation has the pleasure in inviting you to a seminar “How to anticipate the future in Russia?”
The seminar will take place on Tuesday, 26 September 2017, at 15:00 at the Consulate General of Finland in St. Petersburg (Preobrazhenskaya pl. 4, St. Petersburg).
In the seminar Finnish and Russian expert discussants will discuss their views about the future of Russia.
