Two market analysts appointed to strengthen the Kyiv office’s operations
Olena Romashko and Viktoria Mianovska started on the 8th of September.
EastCham Finland’s Kyiv office is expanding with two new market analysts and will continue to serve Finnish companies by offering market research and partner search services. The services aim to support companies in successfully entering the Ukrainian market. These new services are available to all Finnish companies and will be launched as part of the Confederation of Finnish Industries’ (EK) Pro Ukraine initiative. The goal of the initiative is to bring 200 new Finnish export companies to the Ukrainian market over the next two years. The new market analysts, Olena Romashko and Viktoria Mianovska, are responsible for market research and business partner evaluation at the Kyiv office.
Meet the new hires
Olena Romashko has previously worked in international organizations such as USAID, DAI Global, EY, and Deloitte, and she has over 15 years of experience in financial consulting and private sector development. Romashko has focused on export promotion, strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs, and building partnerships. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Business.
Viktoria Mianovska has a background in the British and Spanish embassies, UN organizations, and impact-driven projects in the private sector. She has advised international partners on Ukraine’s reconstruction by preparing assessments and analyses and coordinating connections between businesses, governments, and financiers. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management.

The Kyiv office is a joint initiative of EastCham and the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK).
