President Stubb to make official visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
Representatives of Finnish trade and industry will travel with the President.
President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan on 28–29 October 2025 and Uzbekistan on 30–31 October 2025.
The visit will begin on Tuesday 28 October with a meeting with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Astana. President Stubb will meet President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Friday 31 October in Tashkent.
Discussions will focus on the bilateral relations, geopolitics and its regional implications for Europe and Central Asia, Russia’s illegal war of aggression in Ukraine and cooperation in support of the multilateral system.
During his visit, President Stubb will also attend a business seminar in both countries. Representatives of Finnish trade and industry will travel with the President.
