Open Webinar: Ukraine’s Public Investment Platform DREAM – How Can Finnish Companies Benefit from It?
Ukraine has reformed its public investment platform DREAM, which allows companies to monitor the planning, financing, and implementation of priority projects in the country. Through the platform, companies gain insights into Ukraine’s reconstruction priorities and can align their offerings based on the information available on DREAM.
Viktor Nestulia, Head of Ukraine Support at Open Contracting Partnership, will present the benefits of the DREAM platform and its updates for businesses. After Nestulia, Olena Kutsai, Head of the Kyiv Office, will provide a timely update on Ukraine and expanded services for Finnish companies. Event is in English.

The DREAM platform is Ukraine’s digital public investment management system, designed to make project planning and financing more transparent and efficient. With the platform’s reforms, public funds are directed to priority projects that meet citizens’ needs, operating as a “single window” for the country’s investment initiatives.
