Kyiv office’s services
In April 2024, EastCham opened a joint office in Kyiv together with the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK).
- The Head of the Kyiv Office, Senior Business Advisor Olena Kutsai, advises companies on issues related to the Ukrainian market and reconstruction efforts. Advisory services are available exclusively to members of EastCham and EK.
- The Kyiv office also supports Finnish companies by offering market reports and partner search services at member rates, directly from Kyiv. Market analysts Olena Romashko and Viktoria Mianovska are responsible for market research and business partner evaluations.

Online Trainings – free for members
We regularly organize topical online trainings lasting 1–2 hours. The trainings are free of charge for our members.
- Our trainings respond to changes in legislation and the business environment that affect companies.
- Trainers are leading experts in their field.
- Most trainings are also available as recordings for members.
💡 For non-members, online trainings are available for a fee. Membership may be more cost-effective than paying for just a few individual trainings!
Club events
Club events are exclusive to members. We organize clubs around current themes and topics, featuring expert introductions.
- Speakers include representatives from our member companies and top experts from our target markets.
- Clubs offer an excellent opportunity to network with other members.
- Some clubs are held as hybrid events, allowing remote participation.
- Selected club sessions are also available as recordings for members.

Team Finland visits – 25% member discount
We organize export promotion visits to markets offering the best business opportunities. In addition to official meetings with regional authorities, we also visit local companies, where Finnish businesses have the opportunity to present their offerings and services.
- The visits are arranged in cooperation with Team Finland and Finnish embassies.
- EastCham gathers the companies and coordinates the business program. The Finnish business delegation is led by an ambassador or a minister.
- Visits are planned based on regional opportunities and the needs of Finnish companies.
- B2B meetings with local companies are arranged based on a pre-survey conducted among Finnish participants.
- Member companies receive a 25% discount on Team Finland visits.

Advocacy
Members can communicate business-related issues to public authorities in their target markets through EastCham and influence the handling of economic and trade policy matters.
Members also have the opportunity to meet with business and government delegations.
Our key partners in business advocacy include Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, Team Finland network, including Finnish embassies and consulates, Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), Finland Chamber of Commerce, East Office of Finnish Industries, Federation of Finnish Enterprises, regional Chambers of Commerce, Finnish diplomatic missions of abroad.
