EastCham Finland is hiring a Senior Market Analyst to our Kyiv Office

EastCham Finland is an international chamber of commerce supporting Finnish companies entering the Ukrainian market and participating in Ukraine’s reconstruction. EastCham Finland has a shared office in Kyiv together with the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) since 2024.

🔍 Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive market assessments across diverse sectors 
• Identify, evaluate and contact potential business partners and opportunities 
• Arrange and participate in meetings of Ukrainian and Finnish business partners 
• Support and assess reconstruction projects across Ukraine 
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data into clear, actionable reports 
• Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders 

✅ Requirements: 

• Relevant university degree (e.g., economics, business, technology) 
• Proven experience in similar roles (market research, business consulting, project evaluation) 
• Strong industry knowledge and understanding of business ecosystems 
• Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting 
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written) 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Presence in Kyiv, Ukraine
